Just spent 6 days in this wonderful home-from-home. Chris looked after us fantastically well. Accommodation is first class and we were extremely well fed! Beautiful setting with superb views. Ideal situation for walks from the house. Private parking was a bonus.

Saw "The Pot & Barrel" advertised in the Mail, last year. Looked very good, but as always, prior to me booking holidays, I checked it out on "TripAdvisor".The reviews were excellent, so much so, that I decided to book a 6 night break for myself and my wife. We certainly made a good choice, as our stay was perfect in every way.Lovely homely atmosphere, and Chris was an excellent host, very attentive, and the breakfasts and five course evening meals he cooked for us in the evening, were superb.Can highly recommend, so if you want a lovely relaxing break, go and book it !

We thought our stay with Chris was so good January last year that this year we invited another couple to come down with us. We all had a great week thanks to Chris's hospitality, the great choice of food and some glorious weather all week. I'm sure it is not the last time we will stay at this fantastic little spot.
